To make a booking, please email or telephone us to check for latest availability.


We will then ask you to send us a completed booking form, together with a deposit of 30% of the total cost. Once we have received this we will confirm acceptance of the booking.


Payment Methods: Payment is accepted in Pounds, Euros, SA Rand or US $. Payments should be made by cheque or Paypal - sorry we don’t take credit/debit cards.

Duchally Lodge is  only one of two privately available Lodges at Duchally Country Estate. We are happy to pass on enquiries to the Hotel but we cannot make any reservations on their behalf.

Our Pricing...

We are only one of two privately rented holiday cottage within the Duchally Country Estate and will always keep our prices as competitive as possible. We also often make special offers on late availability, so please call us and ask within two weeks of your required holiday start date.



Check In / Check Out Days

We are happy to be as flexible as possible about start days to allow you to make the most of your well deserved holidays, so if what you see on the calendar may not suit, please do just ask and we will try our hardest to accommodate you and the dates you require.


Our Weekly breaks usually start on a Friday at 4.00pm and finish the following Friday morning at 10.00, but we can often change this to a Saturday.


Our 3 night Weekend Breaks start on a Friday at 4.00 pm and end on Monday morning in 2011. (In 2010, the 2 night breaks start on Friday and end on Sunday afternoon). Please ask if you would like to add days before or after!


Our 4 night Mid Week breaks usually start on a Tuesday afternoon and finish on a Friday morning, in 2011. In 2020 the 5 nights breaks start Sunday and end Friday.
